Dr Bashyal obtained his undergraduate medical education from Moscow in 2001 and specialized in Emergency and General Practice from the prestigious Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) in 2008. He worked for 4 years as the chief of Emergency and General Practice Department at Kathmandu Model Hospital before joining CIWEC in 2012. He is an instructor of primary trauma care management and is fluent in Russian and English.
